Well , I have The Summer Version of these patches, and I think they work! I have to tell you its only been a week, But I find myself not wanting food as much. Before I would see the food comercials and just drool at the sight, but I put one of those patches on and, Im typically, Not hungrey, or just craving intensely. I dont know if Im just phsycing myself up, really wanting these things to work. But I am fitting better into my pants from last year than I did a week ago, thats for sure. My pants , espeacially around the waste were so tight that I had that Huge tire that showes through the shirt, now In a week my pants fit perfect and I have nothing hanging over. Thank the lord! If I have this every week coming in my 30 day program, I will swear By these!!!
