I am a 55 yr old man in good shape but like everyone else age caught up with me. During a recent visit to my Doctor he recommended that I add more Omega-3 to my diet. I did a search on the internet and came across omega-3 on this site. I didnt know what to expect but since starting omega-3 I actually feel healthier, more relaxed and upbeat. not what i expecte for taking a supplement my Doctor wanted me to take for my heart. So far so good.
