This recipe is less than 7g of fat per serving. It's also low-fat and low-calorie!
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray 1 1/2 quart casserole with non-stick spray.
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spoon into the prepared casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
