Low-fat HomeStyle Tuna Casserole


Ingredients:
  • 1  cup  Chinese chow mein noodles
  • 1/2  can evaporated milk
  • 1  cup  chunk tuna (packed in water)
  • 1  10.5 oz light chicken noodle soup
  • 1  10.5 light mushroom soup
Directions:
This recipe is less than 7g of fat per serving. It's also low-fat and low-calorie!

Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray 1 1/2 quart casserole with non-stick spray.

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spoon into the prepared casserole dish.

Bake for 30 minutes.
