Ingredients:

teaspoon

4oz center loin chops

Directions:

On rack in broiling pan, broil pork chop, turning once, until rare in the middle, about 5 min. Prehat oven to 325F. Arrange chops in a large casserole, big enough to hold them in one single layer, sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon of salt, pepper and thyme. Add broth, cover,and bake for 45 minutes.
While the chops are baking, in a small skillet heat butter until melted. Add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent. Add mushrooms, celery and remaining 1/8 salt, pepper and thyme. Saute for 5 minutes. Add bread cubes. Spoon an equal amount of stuffing mixture onto each baked chop; bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
