Ingredients:

green onion, chopped

jalapeno pepper, raw

watermelon, diced

green bell pepper
- 1

lime juice

cilantro, fresh chopped

Directions:

Dice watermelon into 1/4 inche cubes. Seed and dice green bell pepper into very small pieces. Quarter the jalapeno lengthwise and remove the seeds, thinly slicing crosswise. Slice the green onion finely. Mince the garlic.
