1. Can I order by phone?
Health/Diet
Yes! We understand that some people are not comfortable placing their orders online and would rather place their orders by speaking to a live person. Our customer service department can be reached at 866-468-3300, M-F 9am-5pm EST. They will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns you might have.
2. How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Depending on your location, your order should arrive in 2-7 business days. If you received a confirmation email after you submitted your order, that means your order is in the process of being fulfilled.
3. Do I need a credit card to order?
In order for us to process your order online or over the telephone, you do need a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER) or a debit card with a VISA or MASTERCARD logo.
4. What is the return policy?
If at any time within the 30-days of placing your order you are not completely satisfied return the unused portions along with a note explaining why you are returning the product and we will refund you the full cost of the product (less shipping and handling). Please be sure to also include your full name, billing address and product order number. Please allow 10-15 days to receive your refund from date the product is received back at our fulfillment center. We will only issue refunds to the credit/debit card used in the original transaction. 1. I'm pregnant, should I take supplements?
Because of your special nutritional needs, we recommend you speak to your doctor before taking any supplements.
2. I'm on a diet plan, can I take these supplement with my diet?
You can take supplements while on your current weight loss plan. If your diet is very restrictive or if you are under the care of a doctor, please discuss your supplement needs with your doctor.
3. How long will it take before I start to feel the Hoodia appetite control kick in?
The key to success is consistency. When you take a product with Hoodia you may notice the appetite suppressing power start right away or within several days.
4. How much weight can I lose using a diet supplement?
Our diet supplements can help you lose weight at a faster, easier rate than by simple diet alone. This does not mean you should not make healthy choices, reduce your calories and fat consumption and exercise. When used as part of a healthy diet regime our diet products will help you curb your cravings, reduce your appetite, and lose weight faster.
5. Is using a diet supplement safe?
Most people will not feel any negative effects from diet supplements like Hoodia. If you have a pre-existing medical problem or are concerned about your health, please consult with your doctor or primary health care practitioner.
6. I have high blood pressure and heart disease. Will your products cure me?
Our products will not cure pre-existing diseases, nor will any other supplement you buy. However, studies have shown that the ingredients in our products do help prevent further health problems, support healthy levels, and may help reduce blood pressure and other problems. If you are concerned about your pre-existing condition, please consult with your doctor or primary health care practitioner.
